Breathe In is a project that sheds light on the topic of breathing. During our research, we discovered the various reasons and illnesses that can impact our ability to breathe. To raise awareness, we created calming visuals that allow individuals to focus on their breathing and improve their condition. The visuals depict subjects such as smoking, asthma, and COVID-19, controlled by the breather and displayed through a projection on the chest. The project showcases the imperfections of breathing and how emotions, time, and place affect the rhythm of the visuals through the portrayal of two individuals with different breathing difficulties.
